TG Lab expands LatAm distribution for Stake.com and other large operators with a strategic purchase.
TG Lab, a global omni-channel platform supplier, said today that it has strategically acquired SysGaming, a gaming software company located in Brazil.
The choice is in line with TG Lab’s strategic goal of expanding its presence throughout Latin America; the provider now operates in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, and Peru.
With the purchase of SysGaming, TG Lab will be able to keep providing LatAm partners with localized, customized experiences in real-time in both Portuguese and Spanish.

TG Lab’s omnichannel platform, which serves top operators globally, including well-known brands like Stake, Betsson, and Belgium’s Loterie Nationale, provides a full-stack solution with an adaptable suite of modules to help sportsbooks and casinos expand their gaming operations in various markets.
TG Lab’s partners will have access to a wealth of native content covering the sports betting and iGaming verticals that are tailored for the area as a result of the company’s increased localized game development and platform experience for LatAm.
SysGaming already has a presence in Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina, with a staff and office situated in Foz do Iguacu in the southernmost state of Parana. The provider powers significant local operators including as Argentina’s Playcet and Paraguay’s state monopoly Aposta.la.
