As Team Liquid, Gaimin Gladiators, PARIVISION, and Team Spirit compete for the $100,000 (~£79,000) prize pool, the 1win Series Dota 2 Fall playoffs begin today.

This stage consists of two single elimination best-of-three (BO3) matches, followed by a best-of-five (BO5) third-place and finals match, much as the previous two 1win Series Dota 2 formats. The four teams share the $100,000 prize fund; the first team takes home $50,000, the second takes home $30,000, while the third and fourth teams take home $15,000 and $5000, respectively.

Team Liquid defeated Gaimin Gladiators and Nigma Galaxy to earn a spot in the 1win Series Dota 2 Fall. In contrast, PARIVISION had to overcome an early defeat to Team Spirit in order to qualify, defeating teams like OG and 1win Team in the process. Even though Team Liquid may have the advantage, PARIVISION has already shown that it is capable of defeating The International this month.
The second matchup pits 1win Series Dota 2 Summer winners Team Spirit against Riyadh Masters 2024 champion Gaimin Gladiators, both teams hoping to make an impression.
If both teams are successful in eliminating their opponents, Team Spirit will try to become a two-time 1win Series champion, while Gaimin Gladiators will surely be wanting another rematch with Team Liquid.
This time, a clear winner will be proclaimed, but the last two meetings between Gaimin Gladiators and Team Spirit (BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 and Riyadh Masters 2024) finished 1-1.
