Golden Whale Productions, a data science company that specializes in AI and machine learning solutions for the iGaming industry, has announced a multi-year extension of its cooperation with Stadtcasino Baden Group. The renewed partnership will allow Golden Whale to continue to improve the group’s client retention methods and market share, as well as increase its relationship with Stadtcasino Baden’s B2B business, Gamanza.
Gamanza, a part of the Stadtcasino Baden Group, has emerged as a leading software provider in the iGaming market. Its services include GamanzaEngage, Switzerland’s most popular online casino software bundle. Gamanza will use Golden Whale’s machine learning-based optimization technologies to improve its existing solutions and expand its product offering as part of the extended cooperation.
The extended arrangement includes the incorporation of Golden Whale’s data-driven solutions to enhance Gamanza’s gamification portfolio. This will enable Gamanza to provide its clients with a more comprehensive promotional toolkit, hence increasing consumer engagement and retention.
