As the inventor of the Aviator game in 2018, SPRIBE is a proud pioneer in the development and popularisation of the Crash game genre.
Aviator has been the top crash game for over five years and is tested and approved in over 30 jurisdictions.
Every month, more than 42 million gamers play across about 5000 businesses, and it is associated with industry powerhouses such as the UFC, WWE, and AC Milan.
SPRIBE is the exclusive global proprietor of the Aviator game, with its intellectual property protected across the world and controlled exclusively by the firm.
These rights include many trademark registrations for the game’s logo.
As predicted, the popularity and high quality of SPRIBE’s Aviator game has encouraged third parties’ desire to abuse and illegally benefit from our goodwill, which has been earned by SPRIBE’s hard work and effort.
Aviator LLC, a Georgia-based corporation, filed unfounded and opportunistic claims last year. These only involve the usage of the Aviator logo in Georgia and have nothing to do with SPRIBE’s intellectual property rights in the game.
The Georgian City Court’s surprising and faulty verdict from August of last year is now being appealed and has not yet been enforced.
However, in addition to the documented concerns raised by independent international bodies about transparency and corruption in Georgian courts, which led to the US imposing sanctions on court officials in 2023 (Fact Sheet 7031c Designations of Georgian Officials), SPRIBE has identified a number of significant flaws and irregularities in the legal process to date.
SPRIBE strongly denies Aviator LLC’s charges, which are without substance and part of a long history of poor faith activities motivated by commercial opportunism.
The fundamental goal appears to be to steal SPRIBE’s goodwill and reputation in their Aviator game and profit from its financial success.
In this regard, it has recently been discovered that Aviator LLC is seeking to create and sell a knockoff version of SPRIBE’s Aviator game through PopOK Gaming’s platform.
SPRIBE will not allow any infringements on its intellectual property rights and will vigorously defend its position. Any operator or partner that hosts or distributes counterfeit games is in direct violation of SPRIBE’s rights and will face legal action.
