The renowned Formula One driver Rubens Barrichello will remain in his position as Non-Executive Director in Latin America as part of the strategic partnership with SOFTSWISS, a worldwide technology business and leader in iGaming software solutions.
The successful first year of cooperation, which has grown to be a pillar of SOFTSWISS’ positioning throughout Latin America and beyond on the basis of common values of partnership and cultural ties, is built upon by this renewed agreement.
Since April 2024, Barrichello has represented SOFTSWISS authentically at important commercial and industry gatherings in Latin America and abroad. His responsibilities now include market involvement, client and community relationship building, and leadership presence, going much beyond typical brand endorsement.
Barrichello has been instrumental in supporting SOFTSWISS’ expansion over the last 12 months by organizing high-level partner engagements that blend cultural significance with unique experiences. Additionally, the company’s response to the terrible floods in Rio Grande do Sul relied heavily on his voice.
Barrichello helped spread the word about the urgent need for action and magnify appeals for funding through the Help Brazil project. His and SOFTSWISS’s very personal endeavor, which started as an emergency relief effort and developed into a commitment to clean water availability, was based on empathy and solidarity with impacted populations.

Additionally, Barrichello offered his special knowledge with the company’s worldwide staff as a speaker at the SOFTSWISS Excellence Talks series.
According to SOFTSWISS Founder Ivan Montik, “Rubens brings an unmatched level of authenticity, integrity, and passion to everything he does.” He has developed into a genuine buddy over time. His inclusion on our team has improved our ability to engage with Latin American consumers, clients, and partners on a deeper level—not just as a brand, but also as a dependable, long-term partner in the area.
“I’m honored to carry on this adventure with SOFTSWISS,” Rubens Barrichello says. “Our first year together has demonstrated how common principles can result in significant effects for local communities, businesses, and regional markets. I’m excited to contribute to furthering our collaboration.
Barrichello will continue to assist SOFTSWISS with strategic market expansion, elite representation, and cultural localization as part of the reaffirmed partnership. His most recent participation was as a keynote speaker at SiGMA Americas 2025, one of the most significant iGaming events in the area, which took place in São Paulo on its opening day.
