Pennsylvania gaming revenue reached $505.9 million in September.

US.- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) announced that the total income earned from all types of gaming and fantasy competitions in September 2024 was $505.9 million, up 6.17 percent from September 2023. Total tax revenue was $211.1 million.

The revenue from retail slot machines was $196.9 million, a 1.5% drop year on year. The tax collection from gambling machines was $99 million. Retail table games sales was $73.4 million, down 2.33 percent from September 2023. The tax collection from table gaming was $12.1 million.

Igaming revenue was $176 million, up 10.8 percent year on year. Hollywood Casino at Penn National topped with $66.9 million, up 3.2%. Valley Forge Casino Resort reported $47.1 million in gaming revenue, up 33%, while Rivers Casino Philadelphia recorded $31.5 million, up 7.7%.

According to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s report, the sports wagering handle hit $811.3 million, up 11.71 percent from September 2023. The taxable revenue figure was $53.5 million, up 46.1 percent from September 2023.
