Revenue was up 0.4% year on year.
US- Maryland casinos collected $160.5 million in gaming revenue in October, up 0.4% from October 2023 and 0.6% from September 2024 ($159.5 million). According to the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Commission, MGM National Harbor generated the most revenue at $69.2 million.
MGM National Harbor was followed by Live! Casino & Hotel, which grossed $58.6 million. Horseshoe Casino grossed $13.7 million, Ocean Downs Casino $8.7 million, Hollywood Casino $7.2 million, and Rocky Gap Casino $4.4 million.

MGM National Harbor recorded the most revenue rise compared to October 2023, up 2.8% year on year, while Ocean Downs Casino saw the largest decline, down 10% year on year.
Casino gaming contributions to the state totaled $68.5 million, up 1.9 percent from October 2023. Contributions to the Education Trust Fund were $49.5 million, up 2% year over year. Casino gaming revenue also benefits the areas and jurisdictions in which the casinos are located, Maryland’s horse racing sector, and small, minority, and women-owned companies.
