Caesars Digital has launched Horseshoe Online Casino in West Virginia, just days after its debut in Pennsylvania.
This is Caesars’ third skin in the state, with Caesars and Caesars Palace Online Casino. Horseshoe Online Casino, which began in Michigan last month, now operates in its third state.
This raises the total number of online casinos available in West Virginia to ten.
In a press statement announcing the Pennsylvania debut, Caesars described the Horseshoe brand as “appealing to the savvy gambling customer”. The skin offers a diverse selection of progressive jackpots, high-limit slot titles, and innovative table games.

“The Horseshoe brand is anchored by a promise to put the player first,” said Caesars Digital’s Senior Vice President and Chief iGaming Officer Matt Sunderland. “A brand with such a storied past deserves an online equivalent that honors its gaming legacy, and that is exactly what we’ve created with Horseshoe Online Casino.” This launch strengthens our multi-brand online casino strategy by seamlessly placing another of our world-class Caesars brands into players’ hands.”
During the second quarter earnings call, Caesars first disclosed plans for the Horseshoe Casino rollout. The Caesars Palace Online casino brand was an instant success for the corporation since it provided clients with a casino-first experience, as opposed to the Caesars app, which focused on sports.
“I’d also moderate the expectations. “Horseshoe is a great brand, and we believe it will resonate with a lot of customers,” Caesars Digital President Eric Hession said at the time. “However, Caesars is an even better brand. And, very frankly, that will be our flagship app, with a year’s lead over the Horseshoe. So I expect the Horseshoe to perform extremely well, but I don’t believe it will have the market share that Caesars will.”
Caesars aims to launch the Horseshoe Online Casino brand in New Jersey and Ontario next month.
