By joining the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), Hard Rock Digital has increased the scope of the organization’s integrity monitoring efforts in the US.
IBIA’s top global betting integrity network, which comprises more than 70 businesses and 140 sports betting brands and tracks more than $300 billion in betting handle (turnover) annually, will now receive integrity data from Hard Rock Digital’s online sports betting platform, Hard Rock Bet.
“Hard Rock Digital is committed to protecting the integrity of sports and ensuring a responsible gambling environment for our players,” stated Matt Primeaux, the company’s president and executive managing director.
We are honored to become a member of the International Betting Integrity Association and to contribute to its goals of identifying questionable activities and guaranteeing fair play worldwide.
“IBIA is pleased to welcome Hard Rock Digital to our association of leading global sports betting operators,” stated Khalid Ali, CEO of IBIA. We are eager to collaborate closely with Hard Rock Digital on integrity and safeguard the company’s operations against dishonest gambling practices.
In order to prevent match-fixing in regulated sports betting markets, IBIA is a non-profit organization that operates by operators, for operators, and has no conflicts of interest with the provision of commercial services to other industries.
The organization has several Tribal Gaming licenses and is authorized to offer integrity monitoring services in 32 U.S. jurisdictions.
An extremely powerful anti-corruption tool, IBIA’s worldwide monitoring and alert network finds and reports questionable activity in regulated betting markets. Transactional actions connected to specific client accounts can be tracked using the IBIA monitoring network.
In 2024, more features were introduced, and the association’s technological advancement improved its capacity to identify and report questionable activity on the betting markets of its members.
According to IBIA’s recently published 2024 integrity report, 219 suspicious betting alerts were filed to the appropriate authorities during the year. In 2024, 17 teams, players, and officials were successfully sanctioned as a result of investigations aided by IBIA alerts.
