More than 30% of UK workers stated they would think about declining a job requiring more than three days in the office per week, according to a survey commissioned by iGaming marketing firm ClickOut Media.
This finding supports the company’s entirely remote working policy
A third of the 2,000 UK workers surveyed expressed concern that their company might raise the number of required workdays.
For the primary reasons of avoiding a commute, saving money on travel and meals, managing personal tasks, and minimizing disruptions, more than thirty percent of respondents stated that they would prefer to work from home four or even five days a week.
The findings emphasize how crucial it is to have a flexible, hybrid setup with businesses in the gaming sector and beyond, as doing so could cost them the opportunity to hire top people.
