Century Casinos has established a new land-based casino and hotel in Caruthersville, Mo.
The 26,000-square-foot casino has 599 slot machines and nine live tables, representing a 50% increase in gaming positions over the temporary casino facility, as well as a restaurant, bar, and 74 hotel rooms.
VICI Properties (VICI) has paid the $51.9 million development costs. VICI owns the real estate improvements related with the Caruthersville project, which are included in the Company’s triple-net master leasing agreement with its subsidiaries.
