After receiving a license and certification in the Canadian province of Ontario, the award-winning crash game Aviatrix is now available for play in North America for the first time.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) has awarded Aviatrix a Gaming-Related Supplier (B2B) Licence, allowing operators with an Ontario license to market the game.
Aviatrix will be accessible to players in North America for the first time, which is another significant turning point in the game’s incredible two-year history.
BetComply assisted Aviatrix with the AGCO license and certification procedure.

“This is another significant step in our commitment to growing Aviatrix’s regulated footprint,” stated Anastasia Rimskaya, Chief Account Officer at Aviatrix. Since we currently have a presence in a number of European countries, adding a Canadian province to the list is great. We have no doubt that players in Ontario will appreciate Aviatrix just as much as their counterparts in other places.
Italy, Sweden, and the Netherlands are among the several additional regulated markets that Aviatrix has introduced in recent weeks.
Additionally, it was just named “Game of the Year” at the 2024 EGR Operator Awards.
