Allwyn, a global lottery operator, has agreed to a multi-year collaboration with Formula 1.
Allwyn, a national lottery supplier, has joined on as an official Formula 1 partner starting this year. The series is now in its off-season, with the 2025 campaign set to begin next month.
Formula 1 confirmed the collaboration today (11 February), saying it will collaborate with Allwyn to drive growth for both parties in new areas across the world. Much of this will be based on community and socially conscious initiatives.
Formula 1 stated that the agreement will allow Allwyn to engage with its global following. Details on such efforts will be published in due course, but Formula 1 has stated that they will involve celebrating those who make a “positive change” in people’s lives.
New potential for Formula One and Allwyn
Formula 1 president and CEO Stefano Domenicali claimed the agreement would benefit both parties. He stated that it will enable greater connections with new audiences in markets around the world.
“Our collaboration reflects our shared commitment for innovation and celebrating community,” she stated. “This partnership opens up new opportunities for both organizations to reach global audiences. We are excited to collaborate on creating unique experiences and driving positive change.”
Karel Komarek, Allwyn’s founder and board chair, added: “We have ambitious plans for Allwyn to continue on its successful path of international growth.” This is a key milestone in the journey.

The 2025 Formula One season begins on March 16 with the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne. Red Bull’s Max Verstappen will attempt to defend the World Drivers’ Championship he won in 2024, while McLaren-Mercedes holds the World Constructors’ Championship.
F1 partnerships have become more widespread in the industry. Stake, a cryptocurrency operator, has become the official title sponsor of Sauber Group’s Formula One team till 2024.
